What is the standard shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for fountain pens?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and quality reasons, fountain pens that have been inked cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do Esterbrook pens come with a warranty?
Yes, all Esterbrook writing instruments are covered by a one-year limited warranty against mechanical failure and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Which ink cartridges or converters are compatible with your pens?
Most of our modern collections, including the Estie and JR series, use standard international cartridges and converters. Each fountain pen typically includes one converter and a starter cartridge.
Can I track my international shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress through our international carrier partners.
